1.Main Book Stack : Used for preserving the bulk of the library collections. Materials are arranged according to precise classification systems to ensure easy retrieval and fast service.
2.External Circulation and Return Desk : This office provides book lending services to faculty and students, and receives returned materials. Lending operations are recorded and monitored to ensure compliance with deadlines.
3.National Online Documentation System (SNDL) Registration Office : Provides registration services for faculty and students, granting access to national digital databases and resources. It also enables the activation of electronic research accounts and the use of the digital library catalog.
4.Clearance Office : Processes clearance procedures for users (students or staff) by ensuring no outstanding borrowed materials remain.
