All students scheduled to graduate in the 2025-2026 academic year are hereby informed that the graduation clearance certificate (discharge) will be issued electronically, remotely, and automatically via the webetu student portal application.
- Accordingly, students must check the "Electronic Discharge" or "Discharge" section within the application to confirm they have been cleared by the Central Library.
- In response to frequent student inquiries regarding the clearance process, please note the following clarifications:
- [Verified] in green: Indicates that the student has been cleared by the Central Library.
- [Pending] in orange: Indicates that the student is not yet cleared; they must return any borrowed books and settle their status with the Central Library.
