How to Search the OPAC

The Central Library provides its valued readers with access to its Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC), designed to facilitate the search for sources and references. Readers are invited to access the catalogue interface, select either simple or advanced search criteria, and enter the keywords related to their research topic.
For bibliographic searches, the catalogue offers a collection-classification system organized by rooms. Each room is dedicated to a specific field of knowledge, thereby providing quick, organized, and direct access to the library’s holdings.
The catalogue also features the Dewey Flower, a tool that classifies knowledge by colour and serves as a search aid to simplify the understanding and identification of various subjects.
